Especially now that I have CFS, I need to be cautious about what I eat. But hey, we all could learn more about eating healthy, right? I am going to be trying out new healthy recipes that I find, and if I like them I will post them on here. I will also post tips about how to eat better, how to stick with a diet, and anything else I think will help us on our journey. Feel free to post your own tips or email me healthy recipes that you love so I can post them on here! Anyone else pumped to get started?! Let's go!

I absolutely LOVE blueberries. They are definitely my favorite food of all time!! and guess what? They are extremely healthy and a great help for weightloss. I will do a future post about them later, but remember to eat your blueberries!!
